If you need to exchange your item(s) please return within 14 days of receipt. An exchange or refund can only be offered if the item(s) is/are in perfect condition with all of the original labelling still attached. I request that you check items purchased thoroughly on delivery before removing any labelling.
If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange a return. Please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office (or other carrier) when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
